Terms Of Service
-Please note that Cut Pro Media does not provide music for your videos. We require you to upload the songs of your choice.
-Please be aware that Cut Pro Media will only retain your footage as a backup for 2 months. You must keep a copy of your original footage, as we will not be responsible for any loss of footage after this period. All footage sent to us will be deleted permanently after two months.
-Color grading is a personal preference and we strive to match your desired style. If you have a specific plugin that you would like us to use, please let us know and we will make sure to incorporate it into the editing process. If not, our team will do their best to match your style. However, if we are unable to achieve your desired look, we will provide you with the project file for you to make the final adjustments.
-At Cut Pro Media, we only make changes requested by you, the client. If your client requests changes, additional fees may apply or you may need to purchase a package that includes more than five edits per month. Please let us know if this is the case, and we will work with you to accommodate any additional requests.
At Cut Pro Media, we understand the importance of maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of your footage. We assure you that any footage sent to us will only be used for the specific project it was intended for and will never be used for any other videos, promotional materials, or shared with any outside parties. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer any footage to third parties.
We will only use the final edit video as a reference to our work and may upload it to our official Vimeo channel or to our social media accounts. We may also use your company’s logo and name on our website as a reference to our previous work.
We value your privacy and assure you that your personal information will not be shared with any other parties.
If you choose to send us a hard drive or any physical storage device, it will be returned to you once the editing process is completed.”
